Yes. If two people want to have a go at each other then why should they not be allowed to do so ? After all.. people have their own free will. And it is better then following the latest Amsterdam-fashion: having someone liquidated in the middle of the street.

They should abide to the safety laws though- so it has to be carried out at a place where no innocent bystanders can be hit.
