Well, the Estonian Waffen-SS did hold the Soviets still at the Narva front for a long period of time. If the inferior Waffen-SS legions in the south wouldn't have been defeated, then Hitler wouldn't have had to pull out the troops from the Baltic area.

If the local Waffen-SS legions and the Germans wouldn't have fiercely resisted the Soviets, then the USSR could have reached Norway and France. The USSR actually had plans to launch an attack at the UK from Norway, but they never made it that far.

To sum it up, yes we prevented the USSR expanding further westwards.
