Sometimes, if you are a more brutish type of fellow, it helps to look a girl directly in the eyes and compliment her once or twice in a single meeting while smiling. There is nothing effeminate about that.

Good thing I go to the gym just about everyday. Some of the exercises I do include the bench press (one of the muscle groups it works out is the shoulders), military press (focuses on shoulders), Arnold press (shoulder exercise), two other shoulder dumbell exercises etc.. pullups (works out the latissimus dorsi primarily which is essential to getting the V-shape), 3 to 4 other gym exercises that focus on the back and cardio such as jogging (gets rid of fat including around your belly which contrasts with wide shoulders and the developed latissimus dorsi to give you a V-shape taper). I course do other exercises too but obviously I know what I am doing when it comes to working out.

Height is attractive to women up to a point that point being like 6 foot 3 inches tall. Anything over 6 foot 3 is is generally not attractive unless the woman is unusually tall herself. Between 5 foot 11 and 6 foot 3 is the the height range women find most attractive in my experience. I'm about 6 foot tall. Sure I'd rather be like 6 foot 1 but I definitely wouldn't want to be 6 foot 4 which is what you are.

well its about proportions/shape not width per se.


I notice that when northern euros have broad shoulders or wide hips,they tend to have wide waistes wich negates the purpose.

I find senegalese people have the best shapes,imo,even most africans have terrible shapes.


I have a typical senegalese body(extreme broad shoulders,narrow waiste and hips,skinny,long proportions) so I may be biased.lol


both La creoles and puerto ricans are primarily senegambian in ancestry I heard,wich is probabely why it predominates despite my minor black admixture.my white dad had broad shoulders too and was athletic but he didnt have the proportions I have from my mother's side.
