Regarding Ukraine, it is Russia who brings war and deaths while US brings democracy and freedom.

Where I live, people are not really fond of the American foreign policy... However, speaking of Russia and Ukraine, what about the Holodomor? When Stalin organized a famine to subdue Ukrainians? And why aren't Russians and Ukrainians making peace? Both peoples belong to the same race, share the same religion, use the same alphabet, etc. Why isn't Putin negotiating a deal with Ukrainians that can go by: 'You can trade with Europe and other Westerners but don't join NATO and don't allow Americans to install military bases in your territory'? Well both Sweden and Finland are not members of NATO. Sweden has retained a good record for being neutral in recent major wars, and I don't anticipate that changing anytime soon. Sweden won't join NATO, and neither would Finland. It wouldn't be beneficial for them, because it will just endanger their society.
