The explanation is actually simple.
Latin American cultures receive the influence from european and North-American media and culture. The pinacle of high class and beauty is what USA and european cultures have claimed and the latin american media repeats this. The high class sphere and the interests from the people with properties/economic relevance in Latin America help maintaining this situation.
Maybe this was already answered, at least I hope so.

Its stronger in Mexico, they have few white, but still their novels are whiter than Argentina, Brazil, USA and Europe. Anyway I like that cause there are a lot of beautiful people in their novels.

They're precisely catered and designed to please South Americans (and other foreigners) with white fetishes like yourself. They are barely watched in the home nation.
Maybe in Brazil. None looks white to me. Specially not the woman (who is incidentally the lightest one). Only the guy in far right appears visibly white.

This is like the oppsite of Sweden. Here even the ethnic Swedish actors in thrillers, crime-shows etc are darker than the average. The Swedes do love watching "exotic" actors.
