Whose public life is more ethnically representative: United States or Brazil?

US overrepresent blacks and asians while Brasil overrepresent whites in their soap operas. The situation is that Brasil is blackwashed by some US media.

I can't speak on Brazil because I don't watch their TV shows. In the USA one thing I find hilarious is the over representation of women in any quasi military police roles. You have women running around with what would Seal Teams, Sniper teams on special operations. One women enlisted in SEAL training and dropped out. 2 women made it through Army Special Forces because they received extra help. Every TV show like this has women in what are virtually 100% real life male roles.
