Got the article from the latest Muscle and Fitness magazine.This is about the 5th time I see him on the cover or in an article of the magazine.This guy is a win machine.

There are little celebrities out there that have the qualities and talent of Hugh Jackman.People of all different generations find him to be a good actor for various reasons.In the last 10 years the preparations for the role in The Wolverine had a side effect on Jackman.Now he is an regular visitor of the gym and is so addicted to the weights and iron,as every regular reader of Muscle and Fitness magazine.In a video the actor posted on last year on November showed the Jackman doing reps with 180 kilograms,screaming to his training partners not to touch the bar.
Jackman's coach David Kingsbury comments:
"Despire that he HAS done deadlifts before,like many other celebrities,he was never a regular.Now we focused on deadlifting as a main exercise in his training routine.Every week we progressively add up weight to increase his strenght.The domino effect was huge and it helped improve the quality of his other exercises as well.
Most people think he is training hard for a role,but that`s not true.Jackman trains like this all year round.Secondly,he is not afraid of heavy workouts,be it a 4 hour morning workout or preparing for a filming day.Third,he has strong mentality and concentration,and we all know how important that is when it comes to heavy weight training."
