2015 has seen strong growth, good start to the year. The trend looks very promising indeed. In economical terms we are in a "bull market", and I have high hopes. I set my mind to this project and therefore has dedication to continue to grow and draw the crowds. However I am in no way complacent, and will try to improve membership experience by carefully considering changes to make it an even more inviting, attractive and addictive community.

Sounds exciting, you know you can count on me, regardless of some divergent opinions we might have. I am sure we both follow the same path when it comes to improving TA.

Hard to say. But you can peruse for some statistics by country on Quantcast publicly:

The records are not as extensive as Google Analytics (I only added Quantcast in July 2013), though (which is private, so I can check it myself but am too lazy now).
