The East Med have bigger noses, than Gracile Med, but what the different between East Med and Dinaro-Med?

I believe its med with minor armenoid influences.

A form of it, yes. But I mean that the sorts of people on here that people comment that they look like me, tend to be East Meds.

east med can be used as an umbrella term or to refer to a specific phenotype, because really this is all not very well thought out non-sense.

I have not seen a lot of east med I think they differ the pontids.
