In average Pakistanis looks more Middle Eastern or South Asian ?

More South Asian by far. Indians and Pakistanis are hard to tell apart sometimes, although Indians tend to be a bit darker and have more Dravidian looking features. Even some Afghans look south Asian and sound Indian.

That's because the ones that sound and look Indian are Indian lol, I've got two afghan hindu /Sikh friends and they are Indian but their parents were born in Afghanistan, compare them to my afghan friend whose pashtun I think, they're a a massive difference in phenotypes.
