I think that one important factor would be what the person that you're eating ate, just like with other animals that we eat.
We are anatomically closest to pigs, so I'd expect humans to taste a bit like pig meat too; however I don't want to try it nor do I want to know how it tastes like to be honest.

I don't want to hurt anyone. I'm just a little bit curious about it's taste. I was thinking if someone commits suicide and there is no chance to save him, i could eat his meat, i have to get his approval before i do it though.
