Russia is not monoracial at all, in the far east you have many "asians", but I get your point.

You could've added the US it's a diverse country and is doing relatively fine.

Russia is probably Whiter than America though. I consider the US a "White" country as of now, even if some areas are majority non-White.

Multiculturalism unavoidably brings rivalism, the way capitalism (society made up of classes) does.

Yeah, one example solves the entire issue, right? There's plenty of multicultural nations, which do a pretty good job, considering any socioeconomic indicator, aswell as there are many monoculural nations, which are fucked up. Multiculturalism, overall, can be either beneficial, neutral or harmful, depending on many, many other factors.
