A law against trans individuals deceiving people
In some sitcoms, we've all seen this one poor fellow that gets deceived by a "woman" who in actuality is a man and ends up screwing "her"; Only then to find out she has a dick. That is not cool at all.
I believe there needs to be a law enacted against this everywhere, and luckily the U.K. had done so. Because it's being a fraud and it's dangerous.
Every transvestite/transsexual needs to disclose their gender to the person before attempting to have sexual intercourse, a relationship, or being courted to. Otherwise, it will lead to raspy consequences like: the decievee might end up harming the deceiver, there will be scorn and depression, or conflicts.
I know that the trans individual shouldn't be subjected to informing everyone about their sexual transition, it's all private. But I do believe that it is imperative to release info with the unsuspecting person if the trans is wanting to have an intimate relationship them at least. The unsuspecting person should be obliged to know about the trans individual, otherwise it will lead to chaos.
It's equal to rape. You are giving consent to the person who you thought is the gender they seem, but actually aren't. Once you find out, you're going to feel immense regret and dirtiness that you laid hands on someone and performing sexual acts on the gender you're not attracted to.
