The one person which the "tranny" is really deceiving his him/herself. How can Chastity ("Chaz") Bono be a man when every cell in HER body has two X-chromosomes in its nucleus ? In that entire grossly obese body, there is not a single male Y-chromsome ! Prosthetic external plumbing doesn't make a female eunuch into a male. Has "he" got seminal vesicles ? a prostate gland ? vasa deferentia ? Cowper's glands ? Can :"Chaz" impregnate a woman with "his" own sperm ?

All this "male" has is a prosthetic penis. Every cell in "his" entire body, including that phony penis, is a FEMALE cell.

How about a M-F transexual , e.g. Christine Jorgensen or Wendy Carlos ? Every cell in the body of these "women" has a Y-chromosome in its nucleus, and there is no way to get rid of it ! The M-F transexual is a male eunuch. Has "she" got a uterus ? ovaries ? Does "she" menstruate ? Can "she" become pregnant ? Every cell in the bodies of these "women" is MALE !

It should be called gender appearance change. You cannot change gender, but you can alter your appearance as the gender you want to be, but regardless, you'd still be the gender you were born into.

It's far from rape, but you could argue that keeping this information undisclosed may warrant a civil lawsuit, mostly because it seriously hampers with the partner's ability to have children with "his wife", which he may have wished to do. I think reasonable adults are able to come to a conclusion on their own though and don't need the state holding their hands for every little booboo - right?

While it is deceitful, the harm done is negligible and hardly comparable to the intense mental or physical trauma sustained during a (sexual) assault. I don't see how anyone could earnestly call this rape, much like "stare rape" or "switch rape".
