We'll all get to this point in time with age. This is simply "first world problems"; don't expect much to come from celebrities since this kind of lifestyle is more "normative" in the sense that they have that money and luxury to do these kinds of things. One's habits externally play a contributing factor to how we age depending on how we do said things.
