What is more common: Middle Eastern-looking Europeans or European-looking Middle Easterners?

why? : because there are more types in europe such as dinarics and pontid for example that you will find (quite easily) in the middle east (especially/mainly northern middle east) than types such as Arabid in Europe which you will find only in small amounts here and there

True, but at the same time I doubt that European-looking Gulf Arabs are any more commonplace than Middle Eastern-looking Northern Euros. It is at the fringes of Europe and the Middle East where overlaps can occur in either direction.

This is quite a difficult question.

First, because both Europe and the Middle East are home to many different phenotypes. In Europe one can find Atlantids, Nordids, Meds, Alpines, Dinarids, Baltids etc. In the Middle East you can find Meds, Armenoids, Arabids, Iranids, North Indids etc

The other problem is that its difficult for us to agree on what is "European looking" and "Middle Eastern looking". I have regular conflicts with Sikeliot over this issue. Then there are types which occur equally in both Europe and the Middle East.

In my opinion, I would say "Europeans who look Middle Eastern" are more common than "Middle Easterners who look European", but that is just based on my perception of things.

Often I find that when we conflict, you're more likely to call them Middle Eastern looking and me European, because such types are more normalized to me because they are closer to my look and people I see than they are to you.
