Do swarthy Ukrainians fit better in Balkan or Caucasus?

Darkly pigmented Ukrainians are not rare. Sometimes they have darker skin, thick eyebrows, black hair, etc. Does this phenotype remind you more of Caucasus or Balkans?

I think swarthy Balkanians (especially swarthy Bulgarians, Albanians, Greeks) fit in the Caucasus, and swarthy Ukrainians as well.

Usually whatever comes from Caucasus could also come from the Balkans. That's an arbitrary assumption that I made from a very young age by checking the looks of people.
