I'm no anthropologist and you missed my point. French are white there's no doubt about that , but the French colonization in the middle east and sub-sahara not to mention the number of Algerian and Moroccan immigrants in France, doesn't all this contribute to a mixed race? I was in Paris last year and I realized that there's indeed a very high percentage of Moroccan/Algerian immigrants there.Now isn't that right? I'm just saying that having other races in a country contribute to a mixed race, like for example the USA.
I was born in Dublin from half Finnish parents and lived there till I was 18 so yeah I set foot in Europe alright.
and If I'm not wrong France has the largest muslim population in Europe about 10% of its population, now I know Islam isn't a race but we all know that most of Muslims are Arabs therefore France has a rather high Arab population now again isn't that right? you're French you know better I'm just stating facts and my point of view, If you asked me about Éire I would def know better but I would like to know why you think what I said doesn't eventually lead to a mixed race.

When people talk about an ethnic group or genetics they mean the indigenous people not migrants. If they did a genetic study of French people they wouldn't include people with recent non-French ancestry. In fact they try to make sure people have all 4 grandparents from the same small area. By your reckoning everyone would be mixed race because every country has loads of immigrants.
