It's between Venezuela and Panamá. Most Puerto Ricans triracials are probably pred. European going by phenotype. In the other hand, Panamanians triracials are balanced on average while Venezuelan triracials more mestizo leaning. But it's pretty much between Panamá and Venezuela. If we're going by genotype it's debatable.
