Ukr 11 looks Italian/Albanian.

I cheked their surnames: Ukr 11 is Olesya Stefanko, born in Kolomyia (not that far from the border with Romania).

I will say tied. Although I found many Ukrainian women attractive [that I have met]. I dont always notice a big difference in the way they look compared to Russians.
