Yes, there are races. But what is your definition of race ?

Heritable phenotypical and genetic traits exist among members of the human species at varying frequencies. This is a fact. Whether or not they fit into groupings large enough to constitute different "subspecies" or "races" is arguable. Either way, if races don't exist now they will eventually, if we were to equate race and subspecies as one. That is if populations were to continue in isolation. What is truly important is ethnicity though, in my opinion.

If race didn't exist.. then why are we discussing race? Whether you believe the concept of race is viable or not, fair enough, however that has nothing to do with whether or not the concept is in existence.
