From today (I took the picture after having worn this all day, so do forgive the wrinkles)
The shirt is from ProperCloth.com, an online custom shirt maker; I highly recommend them. They let you choose measurements and collar/cuff style, as well as some other choices. I'm sure the men's shirt size situation isn't quite as dire in Europe, but in America it's impossible for a thin man to buy dress shirts in stores that don't make him look like he's wearing a bedsheet.
