Harness boots made a brief comeback circa 2005, and that's when I got my first pair of harness boots. I've been wearing them ever since. In fact, I just had to get another pair last October because my old ones were so ratty. I've actually been seeing brown ones around NYC this past fall so they may reappear yet again.
And another fashion I love...
Feather hair extensions! So far I only have one but I'm getting two more on Monday. Eventually I'll have feathers all over my hair!

So much good going on here.
(1) Nice haircut
(2) Great jacket. The pattern, texture, and cut are all great, IMO.
(3) The tie looks to be wool, which is always a nice change of pace.
(4) Great collar.
I can only imagine he's wearing a nice tie clip as well.

It's a far cry from wearing a suit but it's beautiful. The barong tagalog (or Tagalog dress) is a traditional Filipino (mostly male) garment and is worn during official occasions and even wedding ceremonies:
