The Sarmatian theory as far as I remember is similar to the one with the Bulgarians, an Asian military elite takes control over several Slavic tribes, they're eventually absorbed by the bigger body but the name remains.Only here that happens more to the north, then comes the Balkan migration, rinse and repeat with the indigenous population.It's not just linguistic, these mythology connections they're mentioning in the article are pretty nonsensical...

This is indeed the case with bulgarians. The 2 bulgarian empires in fact are turkic and asiatic and have nothing to do with the post 19th century nationalism and expansionism.

The elite of these empire was turkic and they were ruling over different people. In the 13th century aromanians made half of the population of this state.

Slavic was adoppted as slavic settlers increased more and more and the turkic elite didn't have the institutions to assimilate so many people.

Serbs and Croats have connection with Jatts. That makes us the second most Uebermensch people in the whole world, just next to Jatts.

I wouldn't quite say barely , they'd have to plot way further from us to warrant the use of that word imo.

It never caught on with Serbs, probably because Croats started sporting it first, and it probably died out during 90's in Croatia as well.
Nowadays the indigenous theories are more popular when it comes to fringe theories of origin (mainly thanks to iGenea).
