I believe that a lot of our current mores come from reluctance to let our children mature mentally as quickly as our bodies do. Keep in mind that not all societies share Western mores. Pornography is not bad and not good. You are allowed to watch it with 18 years in Germany and at this age you can handle it.

The bigger problem is that it's forbidden and dirty and interesting for younger boys too.
I only watched some pictures until the first time I had sex and I only knew little what to do and how a naked woman looks like. I experienced the rest by myself.
I guess it's quite stressing and confusing if you learned what to do via unrealistic pornographic films...
