No, it's actually Volga Turks, Nakhs, Germanics and Finno-Ugrics.

Ok it was actually little older:

Mordovians speak Finno-Ugric languages, the latter of which we group into two clusters (mordo13: 792
(564-975CE); mordo2: 558 (179-843CE)) and, together with the Russians (russi25: 913(754-1007CE))
and Chuvash (chuva16: 829 (627-940CE)) populations, infer admixture at approximately the same time
(500-900CE) involving Mongolian, Central European, and Finnish donors.

As such, the Asian admixture in these groups is likely to be associated to Turkic movements, involving the
Huns and Avars [S?]
