We've been through generations and generations of a faulty one and it doesn't seem like it's going to change any time soon. Well look at Trinidad and Tobago and especially Bahamas. Also Belize, Cuba, Panama and others. That explain it. They're all between 83-85. We are 82. Not a big crazy difference anyways.

One practically needs to go autodidact (but most importantly, have the intellectual curiosity drive) in order be anything.
