Default Mom's Gedmatch is different using AncestryDNA and 23andme raw data, why?

Her results are different in these ways:

    a) Using 23andme raw data, in Oracle she was shifted toward Poland rather than Portugal. Her results seemed to be someone who was less than half Iberian. Now, using AncestryDNA raw data, she is close to half and half. This shows up in that her NW Euro/Atlantid elements have risen and her Baltic fell.
    b) Her African components are noticeably higher using AncestryDNA raw data, nearly a full percentage higher. Rather than 2-3% African, she now comes in 3-4%.
    c) With AncestryDNA, everything "East Med" like in her is reduced to near 0.

    Why would they be different?

I have raw data from the big three, and their gedmatch figures vary as well, but only slightly. I have no idea why but maybe it's because of a few random differences in the SNPs.
