Which country has the best national anthem?

I believe that every country's national anthem should reflect the nation's culture and mentality. So, unless Finland changes our current song of German origin - that is not actually bad, but could be a national anthem for almost any European country (or of a starving nigger one when they feel like stealing) - to a more indigenous and representative one, I'll have to nominate this pompous masterpiece:
