I dont know about pigmentation, but Circassians are better looking than Georgians.

Lighter-skinned, probably not. Lighter hair and eyes, certainly, and it's backed up by European (WHG) admixture in Circassians which is lacking or very minor in Georgians. There might be a link with ANE admixture too, which happens to be significantly higher in Circassians.
