Nope; Anglos, Scots, Irishs and especially Welshs can have a good quantity of Dark haired and eyed people, but they still looks mostly NW Euros.
Frenchs are a lot more Med and Alpine than Brits, so i think France its the "darkest" ppl in Central and Northern Euro, even with French ppl begin actually quite light imo.

Wait a minute. What do you mean by a good quantity? For example approximately 80% of the British have blue or green eyes. This ratio is higher than any country in Central Europe. It is only matched by countries in Northern Europe such as Latvia. If I go further and look at the population of Britain and compare to countries in Europe with equivalent populations, none of them could match Britain in terms of light eyes. So I guess people are ready to tag Brits as “darkest” in north and Central Europe, because they are ignorant and uninformed. Parts of France are in the Southern European zone, thus it is “unfair” to make such a comparison.

good quantiy its just a notable quantity, dont mean big or very outlier
Southern England and Welsh Country have a bit less than Central Euros overall, even with begin more North shifted
As i said they can have a notable quantity of dark haired and eyed ppl, but they still like any part of NW Europe and they ARENT the darkest Central/Northern Euros, Frenchs are

Your eye and hair eye color maps are totally unreliable, as they aren’t based on credible studies! Come on! Southern England and Wales are not darker-eyed or darker-haired than France. Your trolling won’t work, I have already dealt with the “king of trolls”. Trust me, you not going to succeed.
This eye colour map is much more reliable than the you posted. However not precise enough.

Read again, i said that England have a good quantity of dark haired/eyed ppl, but its still like any part of NW Europe, unlike Frenchs that have much more Dark Haired/eyed ppl

A more representative picture of Europe hair pigmentation, shows the British Isles not be the darkest at all.
