Russia hands down. The palest skin I've ever seen belonged to a couple of Russian folks I had some conversations with. Eyes so blue they literally look through you.

If by "Nordic" you mean Aryan look, Russians have by far the most specimens (as number as well as proportions). It is not uncommon to even find groups of individuals that look unearthed from kurgans. If we include mixed looking types, however (Norid and Nordo-Baltic) I would say Poles have more...

Among Russians the greatest concentration is in the steppes and lowest in the west (Belarus, W Ukraine) where Baltid/Pontid dominate strongly.

Which Slavic country has the highest percentage of people with blonde hair, blue eyes, pale skin and Nordic skull shape? I was thinking it's either Poland or Czech Republic. But I've also seen Russians with the Nordic look. Any ideas?

North - West Russia. Poland is too Neo Danubian, the Czech Republic too Alpinid in race.
