Dude, Greeks are more northern influenced than Southern Italians, that is an absolute fact. At least modern Greeks are, ancient Greeks maybe not..that's still up for a little bit of debate i'd say.

Anyway, Spaniards win this one. On PCA plots they plot north of all the above, not to mention Northeastern Spain a significant minority can pass for English IMO. The idea that all Spaniards look like Antonio Banderas is a ridiculous myth.

Banderas is not atypical, he does not look outlier, and Northeastern Spain is not different than the rest of country. Only Canary Islands and maybe Andalusia are a bit different.

Spanish... I’d also say Albanians but they aren’t on the list, but Spanish have more Nordic influences then Albanians.
