East Med with Armenoid, looks kinda like the "Dinaro-Med" type found in southern Italy, Sicily. I think outside Israel he could pass in Italy more or less south of Rome southern Italy-Sicily, Cyprus and also in Greece islands. Overall mostly in the eastern Mediterranean or Med islands.

I would say he can pass in Turkey, Cyprus, Malta and Southern Italy. He can't pass in the Levant.
