As a matter of fact I am serious. Just look at the numbers. We Europeans are already going to get swamped and we are already a minority.
This is about our own survival.

If it's about Europeans getting "swamped" (I assume you mean demographically), then why would you choose to spare Asia aka the most populous continent in the world and say "fuck you" to Latin America, which has significant European input both genetically and culturally?

Either way, the idea that we should choose not to give potentially life-saving vaccines to people based on such criteria is completely and totally ridiculous. Not to mention extremely sick. HIV is a virus, not a weapon (or at least it shouldn't be treated as such).
