It's not a secret, that great ottoman empire is degraded to notning, oh, ecuse me, to Turkey.
There are no industies there except agriculture and tourist business, so biggest part of population are peasants and servants. Let's add to it fact turkeys during last centuries just loosing parts of emire, so they are genetically loosers. Be peasant, servant and looser is too hard genetical heritage for them.
I personaly absolutesure, the exists some quantity turkeys like appolon and newton in the same time, but they are to few for upping whole population from eisting deep puddle.

And they are hardly needs to be kicked from outside. Let me propose for it idea of masterrace - earlier it was sucsessful for turkey.
Best variants are chechens or albanians - both they are hard, muslims and have some expiriense to kick turkeys.
Also i may propose somalians - they are muslims too and definited by europeans as absolute chaotic evil. Not sure this variant will sucsessful, but it will most funny anyway.

There were always good times and bad times in the history of Turks. Since the second half of the 19th century until nowadays, it's bad times. Regression period.
