Light people or blond people specificaly?

Of the studies that exist, it can vary with factors such as the criteria for light hair/eyes, age of subjects, groups that play a specific sport that priveleges more or less robust phenotypes associated with different pigmentations, and just chance when picking a group as well.

Here's The Blade's study. I think females with dyed air and higher percentage of redheads in modelling caused errors in regards to those parameters. Otherwise it's good. Not much that can fail in counting light eyes for instance.

A Portuguese anthropologist of the early 20th century found values of blondes/redheads of 2.25% in adults and 18-23% in primary school children.

This study compared unexposed skin in the armpit area between four populations (Irish, Polish, Italian, Portuguese), and found Portuguese values lighter than Italians and marginally lighter than Polish. However, it's known that the Portuguese have good tanning hability and lots of sun exposure, so can have great contrasts between exposed and unexposed skin.

Me personally, I don't consider myself darker than average here, but I tend to tan a bit more, and especially, keep my tan for longer; and still my unexposed skin is pretty pale: https://i.postimg.cc/DZ4zvKDn/skin1.jpg
People often question why Iberians are not visibly lighter than other Southern Europeans if they genetically plot more Northern. Perhaps it does show up on this parameter.
