    I know that.

    Haplpgroups R1B, R1A and I made about 70% of the Y-DNA haplogrous in Portugal.

    Those are the most common on Europe.

    The other two classical Southern European countries (Italy and Greece) have less than 50% R1A/B and I haplogroups.

    The number two has blue eyes and to me blue eyes in our people are present in 20%-30% of the folks, so yeah. He has a decent pigmentation so to me he is lighter than average.

    Lots of mongrels with blue eyes. I don't agree with that definition. This brown eyed guy is a lot lighter in my opinion:
