What is "Estonian Polish"?

This is one of the possible results on Eurogenes K13 test. What is Estonian Polish? Is there a Polish minority in Estonia that I don't know about? Is it a separate ethnic group? Seems weird. Some of the kit numbers I run through have Russian sounding names but have "Estonian Polish" as a result. Very strange.
