2. No, not many look MENA or are MENA-admixed. Some might look, but they're a minuscule and tiny minority, less than 5%. Very few are evidently Middle-Eastern looking. Not just as seen by a Southern European, but from anyone's perspective.

Yes i think it has a lot to do with it. Most europeans childs are blonde first, and white hair older so it's associated wrongfully or not with both extremes. I have heard many times women stating they were rarely attracted to blonde guys, it's like short height it seems for some.

Doesn’t quite work like that. Berid is a type of Mediterranean that looks similar to other Med types, but it isn’t the same as the other types of Med. Or Dinaro-Med may look somewhat similar to Armenoid, but they obviously are not the same types. They look similar, but not the same.
