What makes you think I abuse of alcohol?... It is of medical accepatance the consume of alcohol in right quantities if good for health.

As a matter if fact as you read this I'm enyoing a glass of whiskey prev. going to bed.

By smoking I mean smoking anything that can be smoked,cigar,cigarettes,weed,hookah...and by drinking I mean drinking alcoholics(beer,wine,whiskey,vodka...).I am a more smoking guy.

Most drugs can be smoked and drunk. Your question is illogical.

Really really bad habits.Especially smoking.Drinking is acceptable when it is with a good occasion,Smoking is unacceptable and unjustifiable.

Voluntarily destroying your lungs just does not produce a single drop of logic or sense.Nobody alive can convince me otherwise.

I am notorious among friends for grabbing cigarettes and putting them out when they light them too close to me.I do that to strangers sometime.Not much one can do to protest,the outcome would be me shoving it where suns rays don't reach.One good reminder to smokers,since they want to poison themselves and make their body weak,they might consider getting used to being bullied.

smoking also increases bloodpressure and causes further cardiovascular diseases thus it shortens lifespan.

a lot of people think smoking is bad only if you get lung cancer but that's wrong. it doesn't need to cause lung cancer to be harmful.

it also makes the skin age faster

I mean I just don't believe it. And alcohol being an addictive drug, one gradually wants more of it to reach satiation level.
