Haha. Good question! I think the actual term I meant was "mentally healthy."

Characteristics I consider mentally healthy include:

A person who does not become overwhelmed by emotions, such as fear, anger, love, jealousy, guilt, or anxiety.
The ability to engage in lasting and satisfying personal relationships.
The ability to feel comfortable with other people and in turn, others feel comfortable with them.
The ability to laugh at oneself and with others.
The ability to have respect for oneself and for others even if there are differences.
The ability to be able to accept life’s disappointments.
The ability to meet life’s demands and handle problems when they arise.
The ability to make one's own decisions.
The ability to shape one's own environment whenever possible and adjust to it when necessary.

These are things we should all strive for. None of us are perfect, though. We are continual works in progress.
