If the next person you dated/were romantically interested in told you they were a virgin and wanted to wait until they were ready, how long would/could you wait for? (Like, if she/he didn't specify when they'd be ready)

This is the reason, why every woman should wait (it doesn't have to be till marriage imo, but definitely longer than just a few weeks), if she really wants to check, that the guy is not just interested in having sex with her.

Hmm good question, until she is ready I guess. I don't place too much importance on sex, when the time is right it'll happen. No harm in enjoying the romantic aspect of the relationship until the time is right.
