"Slavic", "Germanic", "Latin / Romance" are just languages, not races or ethnic groups.

By dividing Europe into these three groups, you are overlooking for example huge amount of Celtic ancestry that all of them have.

Of course I just mentioned Celts in order to mention something. There are tons of ethnic groups that existed in Europe.

Southern Europeans in particular are mostly descended from Non-Indo-European populations.
