Middle Easterners are diverse and North Africans too. So you can't compare one group to another since these two groups are heterogenous to begin with.

Most North Africans have a Berberid phenotype and some have a higher Sub Saharan influence which is easy to recognize. I mostly recognize North Africans by their phenotype & bodylanguage, the latter is enough though.

Robust Iranid (IranoCM) is one of the most robust types that even exist and they are native to north middle east . other than that you have long headed (east) mediterranid and other types in middle east which are robust too

the Berberid type is robust too yes but there are also gracile NA types

the gracile types in middle east are rather typical for the southern middle east
