Slovenia can certainly be considered Balkan due to the high number of Balkanite immigrants there. We're talking about almost 30% of the population.

Before the the Yugoslav era however Slovenia and Balkans were like oil and water.

Half less. 83% of the population is Slovenes and other are immigrants.

its very easy to tell roma people apart though, they look like indians and have dark brown skin. you must be blind or totally ignorant to not be able to tell them apart. turks are much harder to tell apart, and jews the hardest.

When I'm in Southern Europe ( Italy + Iberia ) people comment that I'm light skinned, however when I'm in the British Isles ( England + Ireland ) people comment that I'm swarthy, and when I'm in Central Europe ; Hungary, Austria, Switzerland I fit in perfectly meaning no-one comments that I'm dark nor that I'm light.

People have told me here I look Pan-Balkanic but I fit well in Central Europe.

Albanians being on average darker isn't something i'm ashamed of.

Being light is advantageous only in anthro-tard discussions. Nobody ever says "You are so light this summer, that's so cool to have remained home!! Where did you not go on vacation?!"

Excluding Greece, I'd say they're lighter than Italians and Spaniards on average IMO.

Balkanites aren't any swarthier than the French IMO. Here and there the occasional Near-Eastern appearance but in no way is it the average.
