Weirder? How are Benedict XVI and Peter I weird? Benedict is fully in line with Church teaching, he's only "weird" in that he's easier for the media to attack than John Paul II, but all in all he's a better Catholic.

Peter I was the first pope, I fail to see the "weirdness" of him.

Stephen VI I'll give them; he is, after all, responsible for the Cadaver Synod.

He's not exactly a shining example of Church authority, either.

I'm not a big fan of the church, but this quiz is atheistic Dan-Brown-is-fact conspiracy theorist nonsense. Anti-Papism could be a successful movement if it weren't filled with kooks from wall to wall.

Benedict XIII(compatriot of mine) and the rest of Avignon's were not antipopes at all, but the others, the Roman ones. I suppose just a trend inside Christianity to consider somewhat bizarre that Avignon had have more reason than Rome finally change the balance in favor of Aethernal city dudes.

Only two of the Avignon Popes were classed as anti-Popes. But thank God Gregory rescued the See of Saint Peter from domination by the French Crown. Holy Mother Church suffers no temporal authority over her. We're not Byzantines or Protestants.

P.S. That "test" is trashy as fuck. I'm all for having a wee giggle but seriously that's just pathetic. Look at the first question for Christ's sake!

It's to be expected, after all it was designed by a bunch of degenerate atheists. Contemporary humanism is a blight.

Indeed. Atheist proselitism based on ridiculicing Religions seem to be almost compulsory for all around the world mediocre scientifist (or mere science journalists) trying to be "funny". There're like a plague.

The constant outrage mode is the perfect way to make people poke at you whenever possible. Now that people know where the Muzzies' mad button is, who can blame them for pounding on it 24/7/365?
