According to the census link, in my ward there are 8 non-White (mainly Chinese) and 12 mixed people (may be mixed white ethnicities though). About 99.4% white. About 98.5% white in my government constituency.

No ethnic statistics or census are allowed here, only nationalities. Officially there are 1264 foreigners out of the 17 884 inhabitants. Probably close to 99% as "other nationalities" in the town are Americans, Brits, Dutch, Italians,..:

Some big towns around, like Nice (yes it's a town) could fall into the 70-80% range, depending how you count N.Africans. As you are getting closer to Monaco it goes up again.

By area I thought of my neighborhood and adjacent neighborhoods, we're pretty much white.

Amsterdam. It is only 40% ethnic Dutch, but 20-30% other Whites (Eastern Europeans, other EU nationals etc). So I voted 60-80%.

But by American standards (who count MENAs as white), it would be 90% white.
