Here are some middle class Bahamian couples:

I would say a sizable percent of Bahamians live abroad, especially white ones. Some of the whites probably have Black ancestry too, like Ryan Sweeting.

    Blue Curry:

    The Bahamian Community in London

Unlike many of the other Caribbean islands we didn’t have a mass economic migration in the 1960s to the UK so those of us who have ended up in London are less of a unified community.

There are lots of Bahamians here, and a very large Bahamian student population, but you would probably never recognise them – I would say we are particularly good at blending in. Only when in the company of other Bahamians will accents come out to give the game away.

    Lynn Parotti

Bahamian artist, Lynn Parotti has been living in London since 1995, and was currently in Nassau for the annual Transforming Spaces island-wide art tour, showcasing the best in contemporary Bahamian visual art.

"Scholarships, work opportunities and love have always determined my choice of city. The problem arises when they don't all line up at once," said Parotti when asked on how she chose to live in London. "It seemed a sensible place to settle after my nine year stint in the USA (New York, Virginia and teaching in Wisconsin) and the termination of my student visa. My work in London initially involved teaching in special needs schools, hospitals, and galleries, but since 2003, I have relied solely on my art as my livelihood and work. I am a full time artist and aim to bridge the gap between my work in Europe and Nassau, how lucky can one be?"

I would consider the Dominican Republic to be one of the most racial admixed countries out of West indians. The Bahamas has more dark skinned people than the DR. The Dominican Republic also has more balanced Mulattos.

The Bahamas used to have a large white population long, long ago. But most of them resettled in the Florida Keys long ago.

The Bahamas, known also as Paradise Island, from what I see, looks great.

i wouldn't say the most admixed, but around there. Maybe Trinidad Tobago, Belize, Cayman Islands, Aruba, Cuba, and some of the Lesser Antilles Islands (but theyv always seemed to have a large immigration pop from their nearby island cousins)

our White pop is too small (less than 5%, some say only 1-3%) while the Black/Griffe pop in DR some estimate to be as high as 70-78%

yes, The Bahamas is Blacker than DR (no dout about that), Bahamas is second place after Haiti (being the Blackest)

Well, I don't want to get into who is the Blackest or admixed out of islands. But I know that a studies would tell us those things, since they can't be cherry picked.

i just don't trust the CIA World Factbook cause they never have accurate percentages for DR anyway or many other LA countries, and it's been the same numbers since 1960

but these studies put DR as i wrote it and as it appears in Travel guide books that you find about DR in libraries, internet, and estimates, and random DNA works

    they put em at 70-78% Black/Griffe (which i agree), and or 85-92% Black/Mulatto together (rougly half/half each, 42.5% Black, 42.5% Mulatto, 45/45 or 46/46)
