How typical is Yalitza Aparacio's pheno among Southern Mexican indigenous? Do other Southern Mexican indigenous like Zapotec, Nahua have sharper features than her like thinner sharper nose and lips?

She looks very Istmid to me. Would she pass among Northern Mexican Natives like Tarahumara, Yaqui, Huichol or would she stand out? Also would she pass among some Natives in South America like among Amazonian tribes?

Some ppl on other forums commented that she would pass easily among Indonesians and other brown skinned Asians from the tropical areas of East Asia aka SE Asia.

"All Native Americans descend from people that separated form northeast Asia about 25,000 years ago. They then mixed and evolved for about 7,000 years or so on the Beringia Plain. A small group then started moving south along the coast about 18,000 to 16,000 years ago. Some people moved the other way back into Asia. Around 13,000 years ago a way opened through the center of North America. Other people (Athabascans) came about 6,000 years ago. And most recently Inuit/Eskimo/Yupik people came from Siberia. There is a small contribution from people related to the Jomon cultures and Ainu in Japan and NE Siberia. There is a small contribution in places from Polynesians and perhaps from shipwrecked east Asians. But almost everyone in North or South America comes from those people that left the rest of Asia 25,000 years ago. Recent DNA studies just of the Mexican populations, have shown that for example the Seri people in NW Mexico are more distant from the Mayan people in SE Mexico than Europeans are from East Asians. Also, although there is thought to have been mainly one early group there are still differences in gene frequency. That group in the Beringia Plain was about 1/3 related to bones of poeple found in south central Siberia near Lake Baikal. These people are related to western Europeans. The rest comes from East Asian populations.

I think most Native Americans / Red Indians / Amerindians are mixed
in the West Indies/Caribbean Islands
and in the other Central American nations,
in addition to the North American nations of Canada and the US,
and the Southern American nations.

I don't know if there's many people in modern times with 100% Native American blood.

My Saint Lucian-English son has some Native American blood as one of his paternal great grandmothers was an Amerindian.

Some of my Brazilian work colleagues have Native American features although they're also mixed,
especially one beautiful female work colleague who is 50% Amerindian and 50% Italian.
